The dynamic online checkweigher continuously detects and transports a large number of products and objects every day, and runs continuously for several hours. It is inevitable that there will always be some small faults in the process of use. In view of the small fault of the check weight scale, Shanghai Shigan gives the following solutions. Let's have a look.
1. Zero high
Solution: need to maintain the online weight detection system on schedule and clean up the zero adjustment operation;
2. Large measurement error
Solutions: check whether the installation of the dynamic checkweigher is firm, correct the position of the conveyor belt, measure whether the weighing bridge spacing is appropriate, whether the instantaneous flow is normal, etc;
3. No accumulated value with load
Solution: clean up the dust on the material box on the conveyor belt scale body, and keep the surface of the weighing conveyor belt clean;
4. The instantaneous flow fluctuates greatly
Solution: align the belt of automatic weighing machine with the central line of tray;
5. Poor repeatability in calibration
Solution: if the speed signal of the weighing scale is abnormal, it means that the weighing signal is not disordered. Check whether the terminal contact of the weighing sensor is good.
6. The output value fluctuates frequently
Solution: the belt needs to be aligned with the central line of the tray, and then recalibrated;
In addition, we should do the following two things well on schedule for the inspection scale:
1. Horizontal correction.
Check whether the horizontal position of the scale body is balanced. If the position is inclined, please adjust the scale foot to make the bubble in the central position.
2. Clean the scale body.
The detailed method is to cut off the power supply and unplug the power cord. Wet the gauze and screw it dry, then dip it in a little neutral cleaning solution, and use it to clean the surface of weight sorting scale tray, display filter and sorting scale body.
