1. Handle with care when installing the weighing tray, and do not damage the weight sensor; the power supply should be strictly separated from the power supply system of other equipment that produces noise (such as frequency converters, power equipment that frequently starts and stops, etc.)
2. When this automatic check weigher is connected to other equipment (front and rear conveyor belts, etc.), wiring and power distribution should be strictly in accordance with CEUL electrical specifications. And this equipment needs to be grounded separately
3. Power connection
a. Connect AC220V±10% 50HZ power supply
b. In order to avoid electric shock and ensure the stable operation of the checkweigher, please be sure to ground the power plug (the grounding wire uses a soft copper wire with a diameter of 1.6mm, or a metal wire with the same strength that is not easy to corrode, and the grounding impedance must be less than 100 ohms. )
b. In order to avoid danger, please install a circuit breaker on the power supply provided to this equipment.
4. Connect the air source with pressure ≥ 5kg/cm2, pay attention to the direction of the air source on the pressure regulating valve.
