1. The sensor of the online dynamic check weigher is a very sensitive measuring device and must be handled with care. Avoid vibration, compression, or objects falling onto the weighing platform (weighing conveyor belt). Do not place tools on the weighing platform.
2. During the transportation of the online dynamic check weigher, the weighing conveyor belt must be fixed in its original position with screws and nuts.
3. The products to be weighed should enter the automatic check weigher in a regular manner, that is, the product spacing should be as equal as possible, which is a prerequisite for reliable weighing. Please keep the photoelectric switch clean, such as dust, stains, or moisture condensation on the optical components, which may cause malfunctions. If necessary, gently wipe these components with a soft cloth or cotton cloth.
4. Please keep the weighing belt conveyor of the dynamic check weigher clean, as stains or residual products may cause malfunctions. You can use compressed air to blow away the dirt or use a damp soft cloth to wipe it off.
5. If the online automatic check weigher is equipped with a belt conveyor belt, please check the conveyor belt regularly. The conveyor belt should not come into contact with any protective devices or transition plates (smooth skateboards between adjacent conveyor belts), as this can cause additional wear and vibration, which may have a negative impact on accuracy. If protective devices are installed, please check if they are in good condition and installed in the correct position. Worn belts must be replaced in a timely manner.
